Adventure Review
We have taken a Pop-up camper several times to Raccoon Lake, Indiana. We have always had a great experience at this campground. Most bathrooms are within close walking distance. The roads are well paved for riding bikes. They have several great playgrounds. You do have to drive to the lake/beach, but it’s an easy drive and there’s tons of parking. The firepits are in good shape. The lots are somewhat small, and if you have a large RV, you may want to ask about the bigger lots.

Is there an area or sites you would recommend or stay away from?

You know, they’re all good! But when we were little we like to ride our bikes alot so we usually would get the sites on the right side….after you pay and pull in the campground, go to the right and you’ll see a small cul de sac. That’s where we would stay. It’s close to the store and we would ride our bikes in the cul de sac. Not a lot of traffic! It’s been a few years since we have been there, but it was always well maintained and clean. Let me know how your adventure goes!!!
