Adventure Review

We take a group of high school students from our church down to Lake Cumberland every summer. Our friends have 4 houseboats in their family that they let us use. They take the boats into a cove, tie them together and dock for the week! It is sooooo much fun!

The lake is absolutely huge!! There are tons of coves to explore. We have a speedboat and a couple of JetSkis for skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, etc. There is no lack of space!! You can basically go on forever it seems! The lake is very well maintained and the scenery is gorgeous. We saw a plane land on the water once! Pretty cool!

The water here seemed a little bit more choppy than Dale Hollow. I’m not sure why. However overall, the lake is very enjoyable.
