Adventure Review

We have gone to the Badlands ATV park in Attica, Indiana several times.  The orange trail is their most difficult.  It has several hills and rocky areas.  Some spots are very tricky to handle.  This trail is for the experienced rider only.  It has one area in particular that is approx. a 3 foot drop where you have to maneuver over it with one tire at a time on the edges.  The rocky lanes are totally fun.  You may need a spotter for some spots.  There are some fun and deep water areas.  There is always a place to go around the deeper waters.

The park is very well maintained. It’s approximately 700 acres of trails, woods, and creeks.    They have a small restaurant on site where they serve hamburgers/cheeseburgers, hotdogs, french fries, etc.  There is no alcohol allowed.  They search all your coolers before entering.  They have several camp sites but they don’t have any trees around the sites for shade.  The admission is $20.00 per person for a one day pass.  They also have a gear shop as well in case you forgot something.

There is a part of the park that is for jeeps/trucks only.  Which is nice because that way the ATVs and trucks don’t have to share trails.

This is a fun Off Road  park for Indiana.  We don’t have very many so it’s nice to have a place like this close.  It sits on the Indiana/Illinois border.
